At the time of his disappearance, Jones loved dogs and would do anything for dogs.
On December 17, 1962, then three-year-old William “Billy” Jones, Jr. last disappeared outside his neighbor’s home in Vineland, New Jersey, at about 11:45 am. a dark blue collar and silver buttons, and a hat to his snow suit and tan crepe-soled shoes with yellow laces.
