Natasha “Alex” Carter was seen in 2000 , with her mother Susan Gail Carter. They may have traveled out of state and left the state of West Virginia. Susan had been involved in a contentious custody battle over Natasha with the father of the baby and she had told him she would never see her daughter again. Natasha’s grandmother believed that the child was afraid of her mother and no longer wanted to live with her. After her disappearance Susan may use the pseudonym Susan Gail Carter Webb and may alter her appearance.
